The machines are totally reconditioned. They have been completely dismantled including all the add-on units and tools and where necessary have been completely reworked using new and replacement parts.
Experience and knowledge from more than 30 years of working on continuous mechanical engineering including many years as an assembly master and printing instructor at the company AUTOMATIC in Berlin led to many improvements in the electrical and mechanical functions as well as operational handling. The entire electrical plant is overhauled and has been completely re-installed.
The print quality and the printing-machine performance after a subsequent test run and successful test printing under the strictest test citeria can be equated with new machines from the company AUTOMATIC.
The service life expectation when the operating staff handles the machines carefully and the maintenance work - oil and grease-Service – is complied with many years.
